Read and consent to the Visit Toyama Image Usage Policy below to download images from the Image Gallery.

The images in this Image Gallery may be used only for personal use or for promoting Toyama Prefecture, and their use must not be for any other purpose than the purpose entered by the user in the image download request form.

The copyright for the images in this Image Gallery belong to Toyama Prefecture, Toyama Tourism Promotion Organization, and the provider of the image. Permission to use images is not a transfer of copyright ownership.

Select the images you wish to use, fill out the image download request form, agree to the Terms of Use, and submit the request. An email containing a URL to download your approved images will be sent to the email address entered in the image download request form. The URL is valid for 3 days, and the download is free of charge. When you use images from the Image Gallery, make sure to provide one of the following credits. If an image already has a credit embedded, you can use the image as is.

The following acts are prohibited with regards to the images in this Image Gallery. If any of the following rules are violated, permission to use the images will be suspended, and image data may need to be collected and destroyed (at the user's expense), or the data may need to be restored to its original form.

• Using images for purposes other than promoting Toyama Prefecture or personal use.
• Using images for any other purpose than the one entered on the image download request form.
• Manufacture or sale of downloaded images in the form of products with commercial value (e.g. digital data collections, calendars, postcards for sale, etc.).
• Transferring or reselling the image data to others.
• Altering the images and using them in a way that is offensive to public order and morals or that causes damage to the photographic subject.
• Using the image data in a dishonest or misleading manner, in a manner that defames the provider of the image data, or in a manner that offends public order and morals.
• Attaching a direct link to the image data in this Image Gallery.

Use of image data is at the user's own risk. Toyama Prefecture, Toyama Tourism Promotion Organization, nor the providers of the image will be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused by the use of the image data.
