1. Kanigoya
Please check in at the "Shinminato Crab Shack." 

2. Shinminato wholesale fish market
In addition to the early morning auctions which occur at most fish markets, at the fishermen’s wharf in Shinminato, afternoon auctions also start at 1 p.m. Everything at auction is caught on the same day, so the freshness is outstanding. Pouring into Shinminato’s sea are the Shogawa and Oyabe Rivers, whose headwaters are located in the mountainous regions of Mt. Hakusan and Hida. The waters pick up various minerals as they flow down through primeval forests, and create a rich marine environment in Shinminato that produces healthy and nutritious fish and shellfish. The fishermen of the area work to protect this blessed environment and fish sustainably in order to maintain marine resources while bringing in delicious catches. Do not miss a chance to experience these energetic auctions! 

3.Crab shack  “Kanigoya”
The Toyama brand "Koshi Red Crab" comes with one crab per person! The name "Koshi" combines the historical reference to the Hokuriku region once called "Koshi no Kuni" and the high aspirations ("Koshi") of the fishermen who aim to provide the finest products. Crabs raised in the deep sea at 1,000 meters are subject to high water pressure, making their bodies juicy to withstand this pressure, resulting in an intensely delicious flavor. The boiling of the red snow crab is done by skilled artisans. Enjoy it freshly boiled at the "Shinminato Crab Shack"!
