We use quality fish from Toyama Bay, and the area’s famous koshihikari rice, grown on the Tonami plain without pesticides or artificial fertilizers. We take special care in preparing and flavoring the rice used in our sushi. Prices are listed for every menu item, so you can feel secure as you order.
