Nousaku – A Striking Foundry

Observe the process of metalcasting in Takaoka, where it has been developed for over 400 years, while listening to commentary.
Here you will find a hands-on workshop where you can experience casting tin using traditional techniques, as well as a cafe where you can eat and drink from actual Nousaku tableware. Our shop also sells limited edition items which are not sold anywhere else.
