Risaburo Foundry 鋳物工房 利三郎
Foundry where you can experience Takaoka’s traditional techniques
Since the first generation of Risaburos began twin-type castings in the beginning of the Meiji Era, Risaburo Casting Workshop has been adding new methods to its traditional techniques of over one hundred years, right up until the present day. Risaburo Casting Workshop has prepared a collection of items, each of them carefully handmade. Please have a look and try to find a piece you like. Through our metal casting experience, you can enjoy making your very own wind chimes, chopstick rests, and so on. It will be the only one of its kind in the world. Please do come.
