Enjoy your Toyama adventure on Ninja Hattori-kun Train!

Motoo Abiko is a manga artist born in Himi city, Toyama. This train, which runs along the Johana and Himi lines, was designed based on Abiko’s representative work “Ninja Hattori-kun”. The exterior and the interior are decorated and train announcements are given in the voice of Ninja Hattori-kun himself. Along with Ninja Hattori-kun, the inside of the train features illustrations of the Great Buddha of Takaoka, the Nami Tulip Fair, the world heritage village of Gokayama, the Tateyama Alps and other sightseeing spots of each city along the route.
