The store was relocated and refurbished in March 2011. Since we buy the ingredients from every fishing port in Toyama Bay, you can thoroughly enjoy specialty ingredients.With shrimp alone, we have five different types. We are particular about using all natural products and authentic wasabi.The miso soup that comes with it is luxurious because it contains snow crab (it can differ depending on the season).
