Unazuki Onsen’s Snow Carnival 宇奈月温泉雪のカーニバル

The main winter event in Unazuki Onsen!

Held after the Sagicho Festival in Unazuki Park, this annual festival of snow and fire provides the magnificent spectacle of torch-bearing skiers descending through Unazuki Onsen to the park. It is so beautiful that you won’t be able to stop yourself clapping. Warm yourself with the delicious Kurobe speciality of pork nabe that is served in the park and enjoy the fireworks high above the snow. The fact that anyone can take part in the “Torch Procession” is another special feature of this festival. Please enjoy the winter of Unazuki with a hot spring!
