This is a beer complex where you can enjoy Unazuki’s local beer. It consists of a brewery, a restaurant and a shop. Unazuki beer is made from the famous water of Kurobe River and local barley. It is proper beer with live yeast. The brewing methods were learnt from the beer homeland of Germany and the beer is made with traditional techniques. You can also view the production process through a glass screen and enjoy the three types of local beer with food in the restaurant. The beers have all won a string of international awards. As well as beer, the shop sells local specialities and Unazuki Beer Hall original goods. If you come to Unazuki, don’t forget to try our local beer!
