The shops and restaurants offer a wide selection of Toyama's many delicacies, and you can relax by taking a hot foot bath while you gaze out over the bay. After a walk along the shore, why not stop into Michi Cafe Wave for Namerikawa's famous firefly squid burger, or the popular soft-served ice cream, made using Toyama Bay's deep sea water. Nearby, you will also find the Firefly Squid Museum, the only museum in the world dedicated to this mysterious species. You can also visit the health and relaxation facility Thalassopia, which uses deep sea water to promote well-being. Wave Park Namerikawa is the perfect place to relax and see the local sights!
