Hotel Tateyama - Cold-Brew Coffee ホテル立山「水出しコーヒー」

Coffee made with Tateyama’s spring water

Situated 2,450 meters above sea level, Hotel Tateyama is Japan’s highest resort hotel. At the hotel’s Café Rindo, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the majestic Tateyama Alps. Tateyama “Cold-Brew Coffee” is Café Rindo’s specialty, made using Tateyama’s natural spring water.
This coffee brewed carefully at a low temperature, is rich in aroma and has little bitterness. Between mid-June and November each year, Cold-Brew Coffee is made using delicious Tateyama Tamadono spring water from Murodo plateau, one of the most famous water sources in Japan. This precious water is the end product of fallen snow filtering through the layers of Mt. Tateyama for 2 to 3 centuries.
