Koshinokuni Museum of Literature 高志の国文学館
A shrine to Toyama’s local literature
A place where anybody can enjoy and learn about literature relating to Toyama or by authors with a connection to Toyama. The museum features a wide range of genres, from classical literature by Manyo poets and waka poet Otomo no Yakamochi to modern literature by Yoshie Hotta, Keita Genji and Genyoshi Kadokawa, manga by Fujiko Fujio A and Fujiko F Fujio and even films by Yojiro Takita, Katsuhide Motoki and Mamoru Hosoda. There’s even a well-stocked library area where you can enjoy a variety of works for free.
