The large-scale restoration work on the Matsukawa seawall damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake is scheduled to resume after June 1, so we will be open until May 31 in 2025. Any future schedule changes will be announced on the official website.

See a tunnel of gorgeous cherry blossoms in spring, vibrant new greenery in summer or brightly coloured leaves in autumn. The beautiful landscapes of Toyama look completely different from the water, and the sunset makes the scenery around the river look even more magical. Drifting along with the current of the river will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Opening Times ◆ Late March to beginning of cherry blossom season: In principle, charter services only ◆During cherry blossom season: Services available at any time from 9:30am-5:00pm (9:00am-5:30pm Saturdays and Sundays) ◆End of cherry blossom season to mid-October: 10:00am-5:00pm (schedule usually applies.) ◆Mid-October to late November: 10:00am-4:15pm (due to shorter daylight hours)
